This workout kicked my ass. The burn on the quads and shoulders was pretty bad. The force treadmill and sled push were burning the same muscles, in a very simliar way. I gave it all I had for the most part. I could have saved a little time here and there, but not a lot. I am suppose to be dead-lifting today, but I am pretty spent after that. We'll see what happens.
