This workout sucked about as bad as any that I have done in the past couple of weeks. For the first time in weeks I have wanted to quit in the middle of the workout. My shoulers were just fried. My chest was on fire from the running, it was all around just a killer. It doesn't sound so bad until you are doing it all out effort.
